Frances Daly Fergusson Dance Theater - Vassar College This new 244-seat dance theatre will provide a performance space dedicated solely to dance for Vassar College. The 5,700 sq. ft. theatre was built within an existing swimming pool hall. The rehabilitated space features SonaKrete Acoustic Plaster ceiling a 36’ by 36’ fully-sprung dance floor with surrounding wing space, raked seating, lighting and sound systems, and blackout shades for use on the windows during daytime performances.
